I ordered a pizza online and went to pick it up after making the payment. I informed the staff that the pizza I received was not what I had ordered and mentioned that I would go inside the store to rectify the mistake. After correcting the order, I was informed that I would need to pay for the second pizza if I wanted it. I explained that it was their error and insisted on having it corrected without any additional payment. The staff called the manager, who offered me a 20% discount, but I declined. I decided to go back home to retrieve a copy of my original order and returned to Pizza Hut to show them that their pizza did not match my order. However, they claimed that only the mushrooms were missing. I requested them to remake the pizza correctly, but they refused. To my surprise, they threw the pizza into the trash and assured me that I would receive a refund. Unfortunately, I did not receive a refund receipt or any acknowledgment that the pizza had been returned and a refund would be issued. They once again refused to correct their mistake and remake the pizza. As a result, they have lost me as a customer. I will never order from them again.

The customer service was absolutely terrible, with no phone number available and staff who were completely incompetent. The communication between the pizza hut and their Head Office/customer service was poor and incomplete. We placed an order but didn't receive it because all the items were out of stock. When the driver finally arrived, they had brought the wrong items and claimed that the hut had tried to call me, which was not true. I called the manager to inquire about the missing items and substitutions, and they simply told me to get a refund. I requested a refund through email, but instead of resolving the issue, I received a dozen emails with incorrect refund amounts. They even tried to close the case without fully refunding me. I had to call the local pizza hut twice in order to get the correct amount refunded. Thankfully, the next day a competent manager took over and resolved the issue by contacting customer service and correcting the refund amount. All of this could have been avoided if the manager on duty the previous night had simply made a phone call.

I usually don't like giving 1-star reviews, but this one is completely justified. We took our two young children, aged 2 and 7, who absolutely love Pizza Hut. We are regular customers here. Upon arrival, the manager informed us that they had run out of stuffed crust for individual pizzas, as well as something else. Despite this, we were still willing to place an order. After being seated and placing our order online, it took the team 20 minutes to inform us that they were out of chicken pieces for starters. They did offer alternatives, but we weren't interested in cheese balls or chicken wings. The manager kindly offered to refund us for the starters, which we agreed to. We assured him that it wasn't his fault and that it was okay. When our food finally arrived, we asked a young girl if they had BBQ sauce. She pointed us in the direction and we had to get it ourselves, which we thought was maybe due to her being new. However, shortly after, a portion of chicken was delivered to our table and the manager told us to keep it due to the confusion. As I took a bite into the chicken, it looked like it had been picked for me. I then noticed that my daughter had also picked up a piece, only to find that hers was raw. We returned the chicken and needless to say, we will never be returning to Pizza Hut.

I was given the wrong Pizza and to make matters worse, there was a hair on the second one. I promptly contacted the Palmers Green branch to address the issue, but unfortunately, they completely disregarded my complaint. This level of service is extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory.

If I had the option to give zero stars, I definitely would. I recently experienced being denied entry with my son simply because I wanted to pay with cash. Isn't this against the law? They claim it's their policy due to Covid, but we are far beyond the pandemic now, so there is no valid reason for discrimination. Moreover, Pizza Hut is extremely overpriced and the level of service is absolutely terrible. If it weren't for my son enjoying the food, I would never set foot in that establishment.

Pizza Hut in Queensferry, North Wales, is extremely disappointing. I recently spent over £30 on a meal, and while the food wasn't terrible, it arrived cold when I ordered through Uber Eats. I questioned the Uber Eats driver about it, but he insisted it was hot. How can he be so sure? He didn't even check the food himself. When I called Pizza Hut in Queensferry, the female manager claimed that the food was hot when it left the shop. Of course it would be, but it wouldn't stay hot while the driver delivers to other customers. It's ridiculous that Pizza Hut tried to shift the blame onto Uber. Both Pizza Hut and Uber are equally responsible for this issue, so it's disgraceful that Pizza Hut tried to pass the buck. It seems like they just took my money and don't care anymore. Thanks for nothing, Pizza Hut. Well, here's a surprise. I called Pizza Hut to complain again, and this time they offered me a free pizza. It just goes to show that sometimes it's worth speaking up when you're dissatisfied.

This place is ridiculously expensive and not worth the money. We paid £36 for just the two of us. It's like throwing money away. Even Dick Turpin had the courtesy to wear a mask when he robbed people.

You simply cannot fix stupidity! I placed an order for a pizza and upon arriving at the restaurant to pick it up, they informed me that I had not requested cheese for my pizza. I have ordered countless pizzas in the past and have never encountered a situation where I had to specifically request cheese. Cheese is an essential component of any pizza, so when did Pizza Hut suddenly make it an optional addition? And to make matters worse, they are actually charging an additional fee for the cheese! It's absolutely ridiculous. I refuse to ever order another pizza from these overcharging and foolish individuals.

I placed an order for pizza from Pembrrton. I called to check on the status and they informed me that it had just come through on the till. I called again and they said it was on its way. I called once more and they said it was being cooked. I decided to go to the shop myself and when I arrived, there were two guys there, one with a beard and a younger lad. They told me that there was no order under my name. They refused to provide their names or get the manager. The younger lad claimed that my order was there but had somehow disappeared. When I asked if they had eaten it, they became rude. To my dismay, there was no food! I will never order from them again. The service was absolutely terrible! The manager, who had a beard, was unhelpful. This was an awful experience overall.
